Product Introduction:

Engineering plastics are high performance polymer materials that can be used as structural materials, They can withstand mechanical stress in a wide temperature range, and be used in harsh chemical and physical environments. They have good mechanical properties and dimensional stability.

Modified engineering plastics refer to the synthetic engineering plastics which are made by adding various functional auxiliaries on the basis of engineering plastics. The plastic products are with high flame retardant, high toughness, excellent impact resistance and high strength.

Characteristics:

Engineering plastics have excellent comprehensive properties, such as high rigidity, small creep, high mechanical strength, good heat resistance, and good electrical insulation. They can be used in harsh chemical and physical environments for a long time. Engineering plastics can be used as structural materials in engineering. They are with high mechanical strength, or high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other good properties, so they can replace metal to be some mechanical parts.

• Compared with universal plastics, they have excellent heat and cold resistance, excellent mechanical properties under a wide range of temperatures, and are suitable for structural materials.

Application:

Through modification, engineering plastics are widely applied in automobile, electronic appliances, power tools, household appliances, transportation, medical instruments, sports equipment, machinery, instrumentation, daily light industry, building materials, agriculture and other fields.

1. Transportation. Typical products are pump impeller, fan blades, seat, bushing, bearings, various instrument panels, automotive electrical instruments, hot and cold air control valves and other parts.

2. All kinds of safety lampshade, signal lamp, transparent protective plate of gymnasium and stadium, lighting glass, glass of high-rise building, automobile mirror, windshield plate, airplane cockpit glass, motorcycle driving helmet.

3. Automobile distributor and ignition coil, office equipment housing and base, various automobile exterior parts, air conditioner fan, electronic stove base, office equipment housing.

4. Water related products: kettle cover, spool, pump, impeller, etc.

5. Mechanical and electrical industry:  gear, blower blades, pipes, valves, screws and other fasteners and connectors, but also used in the production of electronic, electrical industry parts, such as coil skeleton and printed circuit board.

6. Surgical and medical instruments and sports equipments.
