SiC 6855 is modified silicone with vinyl reactive functional group.
Product features:
Through the vinyl and resin crosslinking reaction, it will not migrate and precipitation, aging stability is good, will not accumulate on the surface of the mold.
With both external lubrication, internal lubrication. External lubrication can improve the processing performance of materials, improve the fluidity, reduce the wear of equipment. Internal lubrication can assist in the dispersion of high filler.
Forming a uniform lubrication layer on the plastic surface can significantly reduce the friction coefficient of the surface and improve the wear resistance. At the same time, the surface of the extruded products is smooth and the surface defects are reduced.

How to use:
Add directly to premix or through a liquid filling pump.
Suggest Dosage:
The dosage must be determined according to the desired properties and the specific situation of the formulation. Normally the recommend dosage is 0.5-2.0%.
