Our product range includes domestic silk products such as bedding sets, pillowcases and duvet covers as well as personal apparel such as silk scarfs, hair bonnets, scrunchies, turbans and eye masks. Our product offering caters for both the international and domestic markets with an emphasis on quality, competitive pricing, and fast and reliable delivery options.
Furthermore, Shi-Silk offers high-end customisation of silk products from our production lines. Customisation options include printing of particular patterns as well as printing and embroidery of company logos, text or images of your choice. Shi-Silk products are tastefully presented in customisable packaging ranging from poly bags to specific cardboard boxes and silk bags with your personal touch as an option.

A: YES. You can order the sample of a product for your detailed quality control as well as to explore the possible customization options. Charges of the sample will be refunded after placing an order or deducted from the total amount of the order.

Sometimes it is just a logo, sometimes is a text that could attract customers and sometimes it is a combination of colors, specific size or even completely customized design. Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We prefer Trade Assurance Agreement, T/T or L/C but other payment methods can be negotiated.

A: Our 25 years of experience in silk manufacturing business thought us that quality always comes first. If you have a
representative in China that can come and inspect products it will be our pleasure to host and together with your representative ensure that the products are of high-end quality and that they satisfy your requirements. If that is not an option for you, there is always a possibility to come and be our guest and we can walk you through our manufacturing processes. The last option is to inspect the shipment upon arrival.
All defected or bellow-standard products, if any, will be refunded and we will cover the costs of shipping for those particular pieces.
