Q1. Can this printer print my product?

A: We have water-based ink cartridge and quick dry ink cartridge to suit different materials. Most of the products can be printed with EXP date, batch code, bar code, QR code, serial number, logo and other printing information.

Q2. How long will it take for the ink to become dry?

A: 3-5 seconds.

Q3. How can I know your machine works well?

A: Before delivery, we have tested every machine and adjusted it to the best condition. If you have special production condition, we could also adjust the machine for you.

Q4. Where are you? Can we go to China and visit your factory?

A:Yes, of course. We are in Wuhan, China. Welcome to our factory.

Q5:Do you have manual with the machine?

A:Yes, of course. It is in English version.

Q6:Do you have other color inks?

A: Yes, We have white, yellow, red, green, blue, black these color for you choice.

WARNING AND NOTE:

1. Do not plug or take out ink cartridge when machine is in printing;

Do not set parameters when machine is in printing;

When machine is in printing, any operation will damage core board.

2. If machine finishes working, take out cartridges at once and cap it well.

3. Please turn off machine with correct steps: click Power→Shut down→Press red power button on right side.

4. Please don’t increase the gray value more than1, keep default value.

5. When clean machine, keep away from water, and do not use chemical solvent.

6. Do not use hard objects to crash machine in case of damage.

2)Please check whether print setting and systems setting parameters are accurate or not;

3)Please check whether nozzle surface, and use dust-free tissue to clean it.
