Function and Application
Jiangsu SunRise's Fat screw presses are mainly used for continuous and powerful physical pressing of high temperature materials after steaming, in order to extract the oil and grease within the animal and poultry by-products after steaming to a greater extent. The press has a simple design, high operating efficiency and low maintenance cost.
The main function of the fat screw press is: continuous mechanical extraction of oil and fat from animal by-products after steaming.
More Description
The press can continuously and quickly mechanically press animal or poultry by-products after steaming, and can extract animal fats and oils from them without interruption. The press releases a solid press cake with a residual oil rate of 9-14%, which separates the cooked material into gross oil and press cake through a three-stage screw press, in which the press cake is discharged from the press opening and the end of the press outlet is equipped with a hydraulic cake calibration head, which enables the press cake to be pressed to a greater extent. The gross oil enters the oil collection tank at the bottom of the machine and is discharged out of the press through the screw in the tank.
