This series selects high aluminum-vanadium soil clinker, through washing, crushing, screening, magnetic separation, hydromagnetic separation, drying process production. Use of this product to improve casting qualified rate, reduce casting cost, has significant economic benefits. Density 3.9-4g/cm3, hardness 7-8, opaque, brittle, extremely difficult to melt, insoluble in water, soluble in sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide solution

APPLICATION AREA
1. Precision casting, bauxite clinker is processed into fine powder and made into casting mold. Used in military, aerospace, communications, machinery and medical machinery.
2, refractory products, high bauxite clinker refractoriness up to 1780℃, strong chemical stability, good physical properties.
3. With magnesia and bauxite clinker as raw material, adding appropriate binder, it is very good for pouring the whole lining of steel barrel.
