What is CIGS?
The use of CIGS solar technology allows for extreme solar panel flexibility and solar power generation efficiency nearly equal to Sunpower technology. Being a newer technology, Sunslice is among the first brands to offer CIGS solar chargers. and strength give it a major advantage for hikers: the panels can be easily attached anywhere, are not likely to crack when carried in the bottom of a pack, and are virtually unbreakable. The panels are also extremely water resistant. slightly lower efficiency than the mono-crystalline Supower and LG, CIGS panels produce longer over a day because they are more sensitive to low light. Therefore, they will start producing earlier in the morning and finish producing energy later in the evening.
