Theoretical consumption: sand mortar 1.5~1.8 kg / ㎡ (twice)
Product features: natural materials are selected, imported rubber powder and additives are scientifically prepared, with strong adhesion, good adhesion, easy construction, cracking resistance, water resistance, aging resistance, impermeability and moisture resistance. It is an ideal base leveling material for the facade of modern buildings.
Scope of application: external wall sand grey wall, external wall paint flat coating construction. Usage: mix this product with clean water in the ratio of 1:0.4, stir well and then use. (the dryness depends on the site conditions.
Construction requirements: Check the base surface to ensure that it is free of pollution, hollowing, cracks, looseness and powder dropping. The moisture content of the base surface is <10%, and the pH value is 8-10. According to the mixing proportion, first pour water into the container, then add powder, and fully stir with an electric mixer for 5-10 minutes to a paste without particles. After standing for 3-5 minutes, stir again for 3-5 minutes. The second batch scraping can be carried out only after the
first batch scraping is completely dry (24 hours).
matters needing attention: The thickness of one-time batch scraping shall be controlled within 1-2mm. It must be dry before grinding. Watering maintenance must be carried out for 2-3 days, 3 times a day. Construction is allowed within the range of 5-40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 85%. The adjusted putty must be used up within 2 hours.
