Continuous hydrolyser
The continuous hydrolyser series is the most advanced and easy to operate device at present. The hydrolyser is specially used to process feathers, bristles and animal viscera. It injects direct and indirect steam into feathers in highly compressed plugs. This will destroy the cellular structure of feathers and cause the fiber to decompose and dissolve.
Disc dryer
Disc dryer is indirect steam heated and designed for continuous cooking or drying of animal by-products or fish.The wet material is fed into the dryer through the inlet at the dryer end.After the water evaporates, the material is sent to the other end through the variable speed screw conveyor.
Batch cooker
Batch Cooker is a straightforward, quick-to-install unit that you can bring on line quickly for the cooking, pressure cooking,hydrolysis or drying of an exceptional range of animal and poultry by-products. These include mixed meat offal and bones, poultry offal and wet feathers.
