Description
The NVS series vertical shaft impact crusher uses the rocks put into the crusher to break themselves against each other. Working Principle
1. Unique rotor and cavity design, large processing capacity and high sand formation rate, good particle shape, good fineness modulus,FM=2.3 ~ 2.9, low needle flake content, can be controlled within 8%, high packing density.
2. The self-impact and self-lining mechanism between materials reduces the contact between materials and metal, effectively protects the throwing head and other wear parts, avoids damage and premature damage of wear-resistant body, and is conducive to the treatment of too dry or too wet materials.
3. The unique structure of wear-resistant parts reduces the weight of wear parts by 30kg, and more alloy materials are used to increase the service life of wearing parts by 25% and reduce the operation cost.
