Batch cooker
Sequencing batch digester produced by Jiangsu Senrong is a kind of digester that gives consideration to sterilization, hydrolysis and drying. The machine is compact in design and simple in installation, and can meet the requirements of handling a variety of materials.
The batch cooker is mainly used for sterilization, hydrolysis and drying of animal by-products such as mixed meat offal and aggregate, blood production, wet feathers and mixed poultry offal.
The steam is used for indirect heating of the cooker. In addition to the steam in the jacket, there is also steam between the middle pipe and the wall pipe, so that the materials to be treated can contact the steam flow surface to a large extent to ensure the uniformity of the cooking process.
The tank body and rotor are made according to the requirements of GB150 pressure vessel design specification to ensure the stable operation of the product.
