Q2. Which material can be used for plush toy?
The plush toy can be made by soft fleece, plush fleece, stuffed by PP cotton or Foam Particle . We can recommend the fit material according to your design.
Q3. How about the logo?
We will make your logo by printing or embroidery method according to your requirement.
Q4. How can I get the sample?
After approved the details, you pay the sample cost. we will make the sample and give the photos of it once we finish it. If you feel ok, we will send the sample to you.
Q5. Why do you charge the sample fee? We need to order the material and there will be printing or embroidery cost and labor cost. Once you pay the fee, it means we have the contact and take responsibility for your samples, until you are satisfied.
Q6. How much is the sample fee?
The cost is 100usd to 150usd according to the sample size and craft. If it is complex with many embroideries or printing, the cost will be higher.
Q7. Is the sample fee refunded when the order is place?
Yes, if the order amount is more than 3000 usd, it can be refunded to you

7-10 working days after design is confirmed

Usually, our production time is 60 days after deposit is received. But if your project is very urgent, just tell us, we will do our fast and help you.
Q11. How about the shipping?
You can use your own forwarder and we will deliver the goods to your forwarder's warehouse. If you are not convenient at this part, we can arrange our forwarder to ship the goods for you.
Q12. How can you control the quality of the goods?
We have strict quality control in production process. You can also arrange the third party inspection company come to inspect the goods after the mass production has been finished.
