Color coated Steel coils
Pre-painted Galvanized Steel, PPGI/PPGL for short, are galvanized/alumezinc steel sheets or coils with color coating on the surface.
With coating materials featuring different colors and abilities, PPGI is able to achieve a variety of appearances and functions,
per customer requirements. Compared to plain galvanized steel, PPGI is more diverse in colors and also has better performance in
corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and many other aspects.

PPGI/PPGL color coated steel coils
We have several different calling for it, such as color coated steel, color painted steel, plastic steel plate etc. are
based on hot-dip galvanized steel, hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel, electro-galvanized steel, etc. They are made by treating the
surface of substrate and laying (by roller) or bond organic thin film and baking, which will be made into final products after
further process. We have two production lines, with output 20,000t per month, with unit speed 120m/min. Our production line adopts two-coat and two baking process, and the process is complete, the drying oven adopts the electric heating direct hot air circulation system. The color steel thickness range is 0.12mm to 2.0mm. And width of 600 to 1500mm. Any RAL color is available. The types of coating includes PE(polyester), SMP(silicon modified polyester), HDP(High Durability Polyester), PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride):, etc. These color steel are widely used for building and household appliances etc.

Do you have stock steel?
Yes, sometimes we have some stock steel, for these stocks, some are grade a, some are grade b, the delivery time will be 2-5days after receiving deposit t/t.
Basically, how long is the delivery time?
for products with common materials,usually its production time is 7-10 days; for products need new special and rare materials,its production time usually need s15-20 days.
Could you supply samples?
Yes, Samples can be provided with samples' charge and courier fee by the buyer's side, or as both sides agreed.
Could you supply MTC?
Yes, of course, if needed, a third party inspection is also accepted by SGS or other company.
What is the min order quantity?
Basically, one container for each specification. If for normal size, 2-3 coils around 10t are also accepted.
What is the term of payment?
Bacially, 30% as down payment,balance 70% could be paid by tt or by irrevocable lc at sight.
What is your seaport?
Both tianjin and qingdao are ok. Sometimes, ningbo or shanghai port are also workable.
