Products Description


It cancelled traditional suspension support leg, and adopts flat plate balance weight and high viscosity damp vibration isolator without base install. Inverter controls the motor, it connects directly with the bowl through the motor spindle, which makes the bowl rotating at high speed around itself axis to form centrifugal force field, then the centrifugal force pushes the material equispaced on the bowl to separate the solid and the liquid. The liquid penetrates the solid and the filter screen gap, then it is tossed to the main case space, and discharged from the bottom liquid outlet, the solid material will hold back in the filter bag on the bowl. After machine shut down, the solid material will be discharged by special lifting device.

Main Application

Suitable for the filtration of suspension with particle type solid content, also suitable for the dewatering of fiber subject,especially the filtration of high viscosity, fine granules, poisonous, and inflammable materials.

4. Equipped with cleaning spray system, can achieve CIP for centrifuge, clean the external shell and internal wall, external and internal surface of bowl, surface of liquid collector and any other places which difficult to be cleaned, make the environment condition to meet GMP requirement.
5.Universal property is great, widely used, the crystal is difficult to be damaged.

Standard Configuration
1. Transmit: Vertical normal(or explosion-proof) motor +normal(or anti-static and flame retardant )triangle belt+ PLC+ inverter+
dynamic braking.
2. Structure: the shell was weld with flat platform together as entire one, the shell cover and body were connected by fast-open
flange structure, the shell cover open was achieved by hydraulic cylinder and equipped with filling pipe, washing pipe,
observation hole, scraper device, lighting hole, etc.
3. Material of construction: bowl bottom, bearing seat, machine platform are made of carton steel or steel which covered by SUS304
stainless steel; the bowl, shell, cover and fastener spares are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
4. Electrical control cabinet and on-site operation cabinet.
5. Accessories: standard filter bag 1 set, and special lifting device 1 set.
6. Others: Damping vibration isolator, protection cover of motor belt and wheel.
