Features of CL-350AB Vibratory Tumbling Polishing Machine

1.The heavy-duty round bowl could contain 350L of workpieces, medias, compounds to achieve high production.
2. Installed with high-performance vibration three-phase motor, amplitude adjustable and speed control variable.
3. The open vibrating bowl allows inspection at any time, PLC control system is optional for unmanned operation.
4. Bowl lining is made of wear-resistant polyurethane material, reduces frictions between parts and inner wall.
5. Sturdy bowl base and heavy-loaded spring, iron casting body with coated surface, features durable and longer life.





Separating Section of Vibratory Tumbling Polishing Machine

Screening section allows 100% separating of media and parts. After the final round finishing, processed parts and media will clamp on the screen, tumbling media drop back to the tumbler through holes, leaving only parts discharged. The big capacity vibratory polishing machine equipped with separation system could increase working efficiency greatly.
