Tungsten carbide grit provides long lasting wear protectiom in area of high abrasive wear. It’s used to protect costly parts such as bulldozer blades, bucket teeth, wood grinding hammers, trencher teeth, and a wide variety of other consumable components.
Tungsten carbide grit is an efficient means of protecting machinery and machinery parts by providing a significant increase in the longevity of those parts. This decreases downtime and reduces the cost involved with unprotected parts.
Tungsten carbide grit, also called crushed carbide grit, first, It is crushed by of 100%YG8 hard alloy diamond hammer ,second, the different size particles screened by through different mesh specifications,third, the unqualified shapes are picked out by human hand.
It is used for welding or welding to the steel body, in order to improve the wear resistance..For example, if a steel cutter the service life only have 48 hours without welding tungsten carbide particles, But, If you welding this tungsten carbide particle to the steel cutter It will increase service life to 480 hours.

1 mesh to 12 mesh: used for wear-resistance electrode and mace electrode;
10 mesh to 60 mesh: used for saw blade or play a role of wear-resisting welding in the metal surface.
