3.The working principle of small poultry feed grinder and mixer:

Hammer mill and mixer are concentrated in one, so it occupies a small place and easy to install.The grain feed such as corn can be put on the floor or dig a pit or drum,the hammer mill can by double tube suction nozzle to absorb the feed material by wind power from suction blower,After the completion of the automatic grinding,corn powder automatically into vertical mixer;

Vertical Mixer Working Principle: At the same time,if user have other powder feed material such as wheat bran want to mix together with corn feed,because it no need to crush again,so we just put powder material into mixer’s powder feed inlet hopper,then several feed material can mix together in the mixer,it will need to mix 5 minutes according to actual situation,by manual discharge valve,automatic discharge the finished premix feed product.

The working principle of vertical mixer,by the rapid rotation of the screw pole,the material is lifted to the top of the barrel from the bottom,and then scatters on the bottom,by this way, the material is mixed efficiently in the barrel.
