Workover Rig
1. The workover rig driven by diesel engine, with reasonable power matching, high transmission efficiency and high reliability. The whole machine has compact structure, high assembly degree and small occupation area.
2. Adopt homemade or class II heavy-duty chassis, equipped with hydraulic power steering system, with good mobility, off-road and lateral stability.
3. The main brake adopts belt brake or hydraulic disc brake, and the auxiliary brake adopts pneumatic water-cooled brake or water brake.
4. Mast with front opening double section mast-shaped derrick, forward or upright, hydraulic cylinder lifting and retractable, equipped with wind and load rope.
5. The turntable drive system can realize the rotary table forward rotation, reverse, hang, disconnect, equipped with a reverse torque release device to ensure the safe release of the rotary table drilling string torque.
6. The substructure adopts telescopic or rotary structure, and the floating platform on both sides can be flipped, and the whole skid can be lifted and transported. Table height, size, layout can be customized according to the requirements. Light workbench can be selected as required.
