Tungsten carbide copper Brazing Rod YD it is made of by sintering tungsten carbide scrap and elastic matrix alloy,Outer layer of the special flux and coloring is marking scrap grade,the composition of sintering tungsten carbide scrap is mainly CO and WC,The hardness is HRA 89~91,tire body matal is Ni and copper alloy,strength can up to 690MPa, hardness HB≥160.

YD type carbide rod (referred YD type electrode), is composed of granular cemented carbide alloy casing with a flexibleblend.Coated with a layer of special flux and coloring to identify the size of the particle level. Sintered carbide particlesprimarily tungsten carbide cobalt.

Tungsten carbide composite rod is applied to perform one or both of two functions: one, to increase the speed of downhole milling and cutting; and two, to protect the surface of tools subject to abrasive wear, maintaining full guage on stabilizers, guides keyseat wipers, and other downhole tools.
