1.What type of the machine suitable for us?

Please provide your request for using this equipment, for example:what products, materials, size and thickness will be welded, then we will advise you the suitale machine. If you can provide the picture of products, it will be much better.

2.     How long can the machine be delivered?

For the standard machine, it can be delivered within 10-15 days. Regarding customized machine, we need to check with technicians.

3.     Does it provide technical support?

Yes, we have a perfect after-sales service team to provide technicasupport for customers. Our technicians will provide you with freetraining after you receive the machine. Any questions can becommunicated with us at any time. We can also send operation video to you for the study.If you are able to come to our factory in China, we will offer you free training until you can use machine freely.

4.lf some parts have problems during the warranty period, will yourcompany repair or replace them for me?

Our laser wedling machine warranty time is 12 months. If there’s any problem during the warranty time, Please send the broken parts back to our company, and we will repair them free of charge and send them back to you. lf the defective parts cannot be repaired well. We will replace them with new ones free of charge during the warranty period. (PS: excluding consumables and man-made damage)

5.Excuse me. is the machine delivered to your door?

1)We usually quote CFR prices for large and heavy machines. The best way to transport large and heavy goods is by sea or air. We shipthe goods to the port of your country (you need to find a broker tohelp vou clear the customs).

2)For small machines. we can quote DHL express costs. Then the machine can be delivered to vour door.
