Manufacturing Process
1. Product briefing to ensure all heads of department know client’s expectations, specially requests and a strict production timetable.
2.Prepare the materials by cutting coil into machine-fit-size tinplate sheets.
3.Design department to confirm and prepare artwork.
4.Do a mock-up first.
5.Printed metal sheets will be slit into different sizes as per product dimension.
6.Slit sheets are ready to be made into fancy cans.
7.The can goes through welding & coating & drying & necking & flanging & rolling & sealing & checking & blasting & drying & packaging etc processes.
8.Quality inspection by our quality inspector.

A:Yes, of course. We can provide you the suitable sealing machine according to the cans you ordered.We have automatic and semi-automatic machines for your choice.
3. Q:Are samples available for quality reference?
A:Yes, samples will be provided freely for quality confirmation before order.
4. Q:Do you accept customized order?
A:Yes, products will be customized according to customer's artwork Al file. It can be customized about its height & diameter & coating & printing & technology etc. Please contact us for details before placing an order.
5. Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production.
Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
6. Q:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for use?
A:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you
present,finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
