Sure, the sample cost is USD50,didn't include shipping cost.Sample time is about 7 days.
4.Is the pattern customizable?
Yes, you can send us artwork of the pattern. If you have any ideas, pls contact us, we will do a mockup for you. ;)
5.If I place an order, can you send me a picture before shipment?
Yes, we will send QC report with detailed pictures to you before shipment.
6.How is this bag packaged?
Normal Packing: 1pcs in a polybag.;)
7.What’s your Payment term?
Payment term is negotiable. Payment methods accept TT, Alibaba online payment, PayPal and USA checks.
8.What is your after-sale service？
If you receive the goods and find that there is a quality problem, please contact us within 7 days, and we will provide you with a complete return policy. FOB Ningbo/Shanghai port. Shipping cost are born by customers. The shipping way depends on your budget and delivery time. For USA, If shipping by sea, the ship date is on Wednesday, shipping time is about 18days; If by air, shipping time is about 5 days. For other country, to be negotiated.

Chinese Time: 8:30-21:30, for other time, pls leave message at TM messages, we will reply you as soon as we get back to office the next day.
