The machine adopts advanced SIEMENS programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the automatic running of the machine. The input bottle adopts air conveying device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable. The photoelectric inspection of the running condition of various parts makes a higher automation and convenient operation. It is the ideal first-choice equipment of beverage manufacturers.
Beverage Mixing Machine
Mixing machine is suitable for producing carbonated drinks,such as lemon drink,coca,soft drinks,Sprite and air-contained mineral water,etc,and can adjust the productivity and proportion of water and syrup carbon dioxide,It is the main equipment of the complete beverage production system.

The Capper consists of an internal steel structure with stainless steel casing. Fixed components include the cap hopper, cap feeder and cam actuating capping heads. The cap feeder and all contact parts are made of stainless steel or food grade plastic. The cap feeder guides the caps onto a chute for pick-up. A rotative capping turret with magnetic chuck heads applies plastic screw caps on PET bottles.
