Swivel are divided into two categories: common faucets and dual-purpose faucets. Dual-purpose faucets combine ordinary faucets and turnbuckles into one.
• The Swivel complies with the American Petroleum Institute API Spec 8c PSL1 product specification, and has obtained the API product certificate issued by it, allowing the use of the API mark.
• The flush pipe packing assembly adopts a box structure, which can be quickly replaced on the drill floor without removing the hose and gooseneck.
• Optional 3LP and 4LP internal and external thread hose connector threads.
• Low temperature resistant Swivels used in alpine regions can also be provided according to customer requirements.
Ordinary Swivels are mainly composed of lifting rings, goosenecks, packing devices, housings, central tubes, main bearings and joints. The lower end joints are connected to the squatter rod through standard threads, and the upper end lifting rings are hung on large hooks. The gooseneck and the hose can be connected through standard threaded joints or oil nonels according to requirements (normally, the CH125 faucet does not weld the threaded joint, and other types of faucets weld the 4LP external thread).
