Q3: Can you help me to make my own design and print my brand? How about the sample fee and delivery time?
Sure, we have a professional R&D team to design customized products according to your requirements, we’d like to accept OEM and ODM, so we can print your logo/brand as well. Generally, the sample will be finished within 30 days, besides, we wanna emphasize that you need to pay sample fee(tooling mould cost) for your own design, but we will refund this money after confirm your order.
Q4: What's your MOQ?
Different products will be different MOQ, usually, our minimum order quantity of keycaps is 100000 pieces per color.
Q5: What's your lead time?
The production lead time is normally 30 - 50 days according to your order quantity.
Q6: Which kinds of payment method do you accept?
We'd like to accept these payment ways: TT, Western Union, Moneygram, Unistream, LC, Paypal, Cash or Alibaba Trade Assurance. Deposit is 30% of amount and balance against for BL copy.
