Product Description
1. Brief of Distillation machine
The waste engine oil is pre-processed to remove impurities and a part of water, pumped into the dehydration kettle, heated and heated.
After heating, the water and a small amount of light components are removed. The material in the kettle is pumped into the heater
and continues to heat up.
As the temperature rises, oil and gas enter the initial distillation tower to separate gasoline components. The top of the tower
is the gasoline component, which is condensed and recovered. After the components at the bottom of the tower continue to be
heated, they enter the atmospheric tower, the top of the tower is light diesel, and the measurement line is the diesel component.
After cooling, they are sent to the storage tank.
After the material at the bottom of the atmospheric tower is heated again, it enters the decompression tower. The top of the
decompression tower is the base oil of light components, and the part of the line in the tower is the base oil. Can be stored
after reconciliation. The residual oil enters the residual oil tank.
