Product Introduction:

 

Thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV), also known as polyolefin alloy thermoplastic elastomer, can be formed between many plastics and rubber. The process of dynamic vulcanization refers to the vulcanization of rubber during the melt blending of rubber and thermoplastics.

Temperature Range:  -60~150℃

6. The product is widely used in auto parts. In automobile exterior parts, it is mainly used for automobile bumpers, radiators, chassis, body outer panels, wheel guards, movable roofs and other protective strips, windshield strips, etc. In interior parts, it is mainly used for instrument panel and interior panel skin, airbag outer skin material, etc.

7. Construction materials, transportation, medical equipment, electronic appliances, sports equipment, printing and dyeing, mechanical accessories, waterproof membranes, containers, etc.
