Borga is a winery in the village of Chiarano in the Piave region, North-East Italy. A point of origin of countless intriguing

FAQ
VINIFICATION
After the harvest, the freshly picked grapes are taken to the cellar, destemmed and softly pressed. The must macerates on the skins long enough to give the wine the classic rosy hue. Once the selected yeasts have been added, the fermentation that takes place at a controlled temperature between 16° and 18°, for about 10 days. The wine obtained rests in steel, where it ages for 5/6 months beforehand of bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS
Bright, pale salmon pink. Fragrant olfactory profile and delicate with essences of rose petals, white peach and small red fruits. Pretty concentration in the mouth with flavors of wild strawberry, peach and lemon. Well balanced with fresh acidity, juicy finish with a touch of Mediterranean salinity.
