What is soy lecithin?
Soybean lecithin, also known as daidzein, is a by-product in the process of refining soybean oil. It is obtained by solvent
extraction, centrifugation and alcohol washing. Granular soybean lecithin on the market is the phospholipid precipitated from soybean oil during degumming, and then processed and dried. Pure soybean lecithin is brownish yellow waxy solid, easy to absorb water and turn into brownish black colloid, easy to oxidize, and gradually change from brownish yellow to brownish black; Soybean lecithin contains lecithin and cephalin, which can delay aging and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
