Quality control is a major component of each machining project at Aoxu Mould. 

Our self-owned accurate measuring & testing equipment allow the strong Q.C team and in-process inspection procedure to check all components after machining and before assembly.

Measure and Inspection equipments:

(1) Vernier caliper, micrometer, thick/thin plug guage, screw gauge.

(2)Sclerometer, temperature measuring apparatus and color chart.

(3)Toolmaker Microscope, height Master, surface Plate.

(4)Trinal coordinates measuring apparatus.

Before we deliver the products to customers, each of us has to pass related quality inspection process in order to achieve the perfect standard.

(1)Continually maintaining and improving the effectiveness of our quality management system.

(2)Periodic review of current quality policy and objectives to ensure its effectiveness and suitability.

We will maintain an unimpeachable level of integrity with our customers, our suppliers and our team.

1.We will send the grape basket mould productive process to the customer as their wish, picture or the video.

2.During the mould test we will send the grape basket sample to the customer.

3.Before sending the mould , we will show the packing video (wooden case,painted with anti-rust) to the customer

4.If we keep the mould in our factory to produce the products ,life warranty.

Additional information for your reference

1.All the price are on the base of FOB, Ningbo or shanghai. (including the cost to Ningbo or Shanghai Port.)

2.The price is valid for one month

3.Payment terms: 50% payment is advance, and 50% should be remitted before ship the molds.

4.Our moulds are guaranteed for one year.
