This machine applies for small consumer electronic products like mobile phone, mobile batteries, interphone, electronic dictionary ,CD/MD/MP3 etc. and components free dropping testing.
Test Principle
Specimen automatically lifting to pre-setting height, then free drop and shock on the drop plate.
Features
1. This machine available for package face, corner, edge free drop testing.
2. With height digital display instrument and tracing height with encoder, so can measure the precision drop height.
3. The drop height tolerance within2%or 10mm;
4. Adopt pneumatic structure, fix the specimen with special fixture (range adjustable), push the drop button, pneumatic cylinder open, specimen free dropping . The 5. drop height controllable, and with height steel ruler which makes drop height available. Various kinds drop floor optional. Meets different testing standards.
Notices
1. This machine control cabinet with 220V power, non professionals shall not open the cabinet and disassemble the components
2. This machine used for material testing, prevent for people standing
3. The machine should be placed on flat floor, and keep machine dry and clean .
4. After finish testing, low down the arm, and cut off the power supply

Every machine from our factory has a 12 months product warranty.If your machine doesn’t work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
