BW250 grouting pump
BW250 grouting pump is a horizontal three cylinder reciprocating single acting piston pump. The pump has two cylinder diameters and four gear variables. The large cylinder liner is used for supporting the 1000m large diameter drilling rig and the small cylinder is used for matching 1500m small diameter drilling rig. BW250 grouting pump is mainly used for conveying mud with core drilling machine, and can also be used for grouting, mine drainage and long-distance water conveying.

1. It has four grade flow rate which can meet the needs of large and small diameter drilling rigs. It has a wide range of flow regulation and reasonable parameter selection. It can be used with XY-4 core drillingrig and XY-5 drilling rig. It can meet the needs of different diameter, hole depth and geological core drilling.
2. The piston is a bowl shape self sealing S-type polyurethane rubber piston with nylon back which greatly improves the service life.
3. There are five dust-proof sealing rings on the pull rod to prevent the mud at the hydraulic end from being carried into the power end and the lubricating oil filter at the power end. It has been proved by many production tests that the sealing is reliable and the performance is good. The service life of the gear is prolonged.
4. Steel ball is used for inlet and outlet valve. The valve cover is provided with a sound reducing rubber pad to reduce the impact noise.
5. The BY-1 anti-seismic pressure gauge is adopted for the pressure gauge with long service life.
6. Compact structure and beautiful appearance.
7. It’s convenient for maintenance and relocation with the good dismountability.
