KF25 Integrated Refrigeration unit for 12FT Trailer
Joel from Florida wants us to provide him with a small box of refrigerated trailer and the corresponding refrigeration unit. Because he is mainly engaged in the transportation of frozen meat, he hopes that our refrigeration unit can keep the temperature at about - 18 ℃.
Since there is an old trailer chassis in his factory, we only need to provide the box and unit, and then he can directly connect them to the chassis for use.
The density of the box is 38kg/m³ XPS material and FRP material are used for skin, which not only ensure good thermal insulation performance, but also reduce the weight of the box. The thickness of the box is 80mm, and the bottom plate has been specially strengthened. Not only has the thickness changed to 100mm, but also to protect the bottom plate, we have laid a layer of aluminum alloy bottom plate with anti-skid pattern.

For the unit, we chose KF25, because Florida belongs to North America, the local voltage is 120V 60HZ, and the volume inside the box is about 11.5m³,so the space is not too big. In view of this, KF25 is our best choice. It uses EMBRACO NJ 2212GK compressor, which has excellent performance and stable performance at AC120V. At the same time, in order to make the operation easier, we have added the Bluetooth function to the control system of this unit, that is, users can download the corresponding APP through their mobile phones, and use the Bluetooth function to directly connect with the controller of the refrigeration unit, thus realizing the function of mobile phones to control the unit.

life and more reliable quality. In addition, noise reduction treatment is done to reduce the noise pollution caused by the operation of the unit; All screws and nuts are made of 304 stainless steel; The evaporation core adopts corrugated pipe, which has
larger contact surface and superior heat dissipation performance.
