A:Sample needs 2-10 days, mass production time needs 20-50 days base on a MOQ quantity.

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.

Q7: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: For the first cooperation, we will charge the cost for the sample, but we can return the sample cost when you place the order for the mass production. By freight collect.

Q8: What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy B/L. Or we can further discuss it after our business.

Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
A:Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
During the guarantee period, we will send new machine with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution.
