Application
Methyl silicone rubber 107, i.e., α, ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane,is usually colorless transparent viscous liquid typically can be used as the base polymer of silicone rubberby reacting with crosslinking agent and catalyst at room temperature.The cured silicone rubber can keep elasticity for a long time during -60～200℃. It is with excellent electrical properties and chemical stability, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to water and moisture, non-toxic, insulation, quake-proof, low shrinkage etc.
It is widely used in construction caulking, electronic components of insulation, shock-proof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, rubber products molding, mold release as well as leather slip agent and lubricating agent, etc.; it is also basic materials for RTV-1, RTV-2; special specififi cations can be used for fabric fifi nishing and daily chemical industry.
