With its tubular structure, it can heat drinking water inside tube, by the circuit printed and sintered between 5 isolation layers tube surface which is sintered and covered by 5 isolation layers.
Compared with immersion water instant heating element, Thick Film Heating Element is advance in larger heating area (Tube Structure), higher power density(60w/cm²), faster Temperature Response (up to 150℃/S), Longer Life Span (above 10,000 hours) and better Thermal Transfer Efficiency(>96%).
You can get boiling water in 3 seconds, in the rate 480ml per minutes (2,200w).
For applications where space is limited, this simple profile heater offers high thermal power density and fast response times to heat up or cool down (due to low thermal mass)
