SZECO® Acoustic Panels/ Open Cell Foam Glass are made from recycled glass.from the surface to the inside of the three dimensional through the network microporous structure, it can make the sound waves in the pore vibration air,through the viscous effect of sound waves into heat energy consumption, play a silent effect. Because of it is resistant to climate change, earthquake and resistance to corrosion, heat and can stand the wind, sun, rain erosion without changing the mesh structure, at the same time, on the surface will not affect the sound-absorbing effect after processing,It can be used in the tunnel, subway, cinemas and theatres, studios and other need quiet environment, And viaduct, construction site, outdoor transformer and other high noise occasions.
The density of the product is adjusted according to the market demand, usually meeting the range of 200kg/m3-500kg/m3, by adjusting the formula ratio of foaming to produce products of different densities, high density will enhance the mechanical properties of the product, the application characteristics of the product itself, such as A1 fire rating, NRC performance remains unchanged.
After 1200 ℃ high temperature, raw material calcined to molten state after foaming, fire retardant, belong to A1 nonflammable material
