III Main structure
I.Machine function and Features
1.Automatically laser weld the longitudinal seam of the Pipe as customers’ drawing, Welding process will be continual and steady.
2.Before welding ,adjust the welding torch position.During the welding, the Pipe is fixed ,and the welding torch is drive by motor to move left and right on the beam ,the speed is adjustable to ensure consistent welding. After welding,the welding torch return the original point automatically.
3. the machine use Japan OMRON PLC to control the welding torch and other device and achieve the welding process, improve reliability.controls the whole machine operation.
4.use the MCGS brand touch screen as the setting interface ,it is convenient to change parameters and state conversion through the torch screen interface.The Arc start ,post gas time ,can preset the different set welding parameters for different size Pipe ,and recall to use when need.
5.The welding carriage move stroke and welding length are all can set on the touch screen ,and adjust the welding start position of welding carriage at any time by motor drive ,meet different size and different welding position.
6.the welding torch can manual fine adjust Three-dimensional direction to reach the best welding position .suitable different size cylinder Pipe. it can be locked after adjustment.Machine has good operating performance and low failure rate.
7.Adopt heavy duty welded machine bed, Pipe is positioned and fixed by double side copper plate and ,.convenient and quick for centering, good concentricity, and small deformation.
8.The machine equipped with the function of high voltage, slow wire feeding and arc ignition to ensure reliable arc ignition, as well as low voltage and low current arc closing and arc crater filling functions.
9. We are using copper clamping bar and copper back bar in your machine. They can be for steel, stainless steel and Aluminum. Copper bar is used to conduct both heat and electricity. Firmly clamp work-piece. It is also used to protect steel surface. Surface of the cylinder/tank will not have scratch and mechanical damage.
10.Easy assembly and fixation.Tank is centrally positioned and clamped by round core axis and pneumatic pressure plate. Cylinder/tank is centrally positioned by pneumatic pin.
11. Equipped with pneumatic cylinders to fix product. Cylinders are used to control copper clamping bar. They will fix longer tank firmly.
12.There is a water-cooling system and backside shield gas protection in the copper back bar for cooling the workpiece ,and reduce the oxidation of pipe
13.Push-type wire feeder is installed at the moving arm of the torch holder for short distance wire feeding and give stable feeding.Machine is with high welding voltage and slow wire feeding performance, which guarantees reliable arc igniting. Machine is also with low welding voltage and low welding current for filling crater.
14.Working Procedures
14.1.Loading the Pipe to the feeding lift trolley manually

14.3. Supplying shielding gas automatically and Welding torch going down automatically

1. Pre-sales Service
Before signing contract, customers can get production plan, technical consultant and equipment suggestion and etc.
2. Training service
2.1.Customers can get free technical training in China factory. Mainly training are operate the machine to weld,Basic daily cleaning and maintenance for the machine,Solutions for common hardware problems,online training is ok.
2.2.When Sellers send engineer to Buyer's place for Installation, Commissioning and training in Buyer's place, Buyer should afford the Labour cost of engineers(100.00 USD per person per day),undertake all the relative expenses,like Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses and so on.
2.3 When the Seller's engineer carries out the services in Buyer's place, Buyer shall arrange a Translator that can speak Chinese for Seller's engineer.
3.Pre-shipment inspection system:
3.1 According to the customer‘s shipping details, we will check the products size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information one by one for each part of goods. If there are any doubtful goods before delivery, quality inspectors will open the package in time and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
3.2.The outer packaging of each goods will also be checked, such as whether the packing is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the exported goods are packed with steel strips,etc. To ensure that the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.
4 .Afer sale service system
4.1 After our customer having received goods, if there are problems caused by the transportation of materials, we would let the customer take photos before unloading, give feedback to the freight forwarder, and make insurance compensation.
4.2. After customers received the goods, if there some quality problems ,production problems. If it is confirmed that there are indeed quality problems.Our QA and QC managers and relevant responsible department will give the reasonable compensation content based on the business contract .
