SM series three roller grinding machine
Type 120 / 150 / 250 is applied in small scale production or laboratory
Type 405 / 315 is applied in large scale production
Three-roll grinding machine for short, three-roll grinding machine can be divided into two kinds: experimental three-roll grinding machine and production three-roll grinding machine. Three roller grinding machine is suitable for paint, ink, pigment, plastic, etc., the most effective grinding and dispersing equipment for high viscosity materials.
Advantages
1. Stable structure design -- welding machine frame structure, so that the equipment work more stable, cylinder, gear, pulley are balanced design, so that the machine running noise is lowest.
2. The distance between the three rollers can be adjusted by PLC or hydraulic system or hand wheel to obtain different grinding fineness.
3. Suitable for grinding and dispersing of ointment or high viscosity material with high fineness requirement.
Working principle
Three roller grinding machine has three rollers mounted on the iron frame, the center in the line. Three roller grinding machine through the horizontal three roller surface extrusion and different speed friction to achieve grinding effect. The steel drum can be hollow and cooled through water. The material is added between the middle roll and the back roll. Because of the different rotation directions of the three rollers, there is a good grinding effect.
Application
Suitable for grinding and dispersing ointment or high viscosity materials with high requirement of fineness.
