Application
1. Zirconia beads can be used for non-metallic mining paper heavy calcium, paint coatings, ink, electronic materials, lithium iron batteries, magnetic materials, textile dyes, medicine and other industries of ultrafine grinding and dispersion.
2. Zirconia has excellent high temperature resistance, melting point as high as 2700℃, even if heated to 1900℃ will not react with molten aluminum, iron, nickel, platinum and other metals as well as silicate and acid slag, so the crucible made of zirconia materials can successfully melt platinum, palladium, ruthenium, cesium and other platinum group precious metals and their alloys.
3. Zirconia refractory fiber is a kind of high-grade refractory materials, with higher use temperature and better heat insulation performance than alumina fiber, mullite fiber, aluminum silicate fiber, and high temperature chemical stability, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, not volatile, pollution-free.
4. Zirconia as a refractory material is mainly used in the key parts of large glass tank kilns. Zirconia hollow spheres of different sizes were obtained by melting and blowing zirconia to prepare various advanced heat insulation bricks.
