The back of the top panel is equipped with a rectifier bridge, a switching power supply master control chip and a synchronous rectifier chip




Main primary power supply adopts CX7527C, a high-performance multi-mode PWM flyback controller of CXW. It helps users to design high performance AC/DC switching power supplies with fewer peripheral components and lower cost. It provides extremely comprehensive and high performance intelligent protection functions, including cycle-by-cycle over-current protection, overload protection, soft-start, over-temperature protection, and VDD under-voltage/over-voltage lockout protection.

CX7527C has the function of automatically identifying the load and automatically adjusting the working mode. Under full load or heavy load conditions, it works at a fixed 65KHz frequency. When the load is reduced, its operating frequency is lowered to effectively reduce switching losses. When the load is in very light load or no-load conditions, CX7527C becomes interval mode.
CX7527C built-in intelligent dithering technology to reduce the charger in the frequency reduction mode generated by
electromagnetic interference and output ripple. Unique operating mode makes the audio minimized, and no audio noise. With SOP-8 package, it provides a good design platform for cost-effective flyback switching power supply that require ultra-low standby power consumption.




Secondary synchronous rectifier chip is also from CXW model CX7538B, which is a high
performance secondary-side synchronous rectifier chip for switching power supplies, easily satisfying DOE IV of switching power supplies, and is an ideal replacement solution for schottky. CX7538B supports up to 150KHz switching frequency and has a built-in 11mΩ low resistance NMOS, which generates far less heat than schottky diodes, significantly reducing temperature and improving conversion efficiency.

CX7538B supports CCM/QR/DCM modes for switching power supplies and is ideal for 3.3~12V fast charging synchronous rectifier with built-in 60V withstanding voltage, 11mΩ synchronous rectifier tube, and can provide 3A
output. It has up to 6% higher efficiency than schottky, wide operating voltage range and very simple components, only one
capacitor is required around it.
