Function:

This hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used to test the tensile strength, elongation rate, compression strength, it is suitable for metal and non-metal materials, like metal wire, cable, steel rope, steel plate etc.

When it’s equipped with matched clamps, it also can test the bending strength and shear strength etc.

1. This computer control electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine adopts vertical structure, four columns, two leading screws, oil cylinder underneath the work bench, more stable.

2. This computer control universal testing machine is hydraulic loading, it has the high precision hydraulic servo valve, so it can realize the closed-loop control for test force, displacement, deformation, it can set up different load way, like constant displacement , constant stress, constant strain. You don’t need to operate the oil valve by hand. 

3. You can move up and down the beam by a hand box.

4. During the testing process, the computer screen can real-time display the test force, peak value, loading rate, test curve etc. like load-time curve, load-displacement curve,  load- deformation curve, deformation- time curve, displacement-time curve, stress-strain curve etc.

5. After finishing the test, the computer screen can display the test result, you can print the test result.
