ADVANTAGE 1
The co extrusion one remains the advantages of traditional one like mildew and insect resistant, abrasion resistant, scratch resistant, stain resistant and weather proof. Some properities are even better. The experimental data proves that the wear resistance and scratch resistance are more than five times higher than the traditional one, which can effectively prevent the damage caused by the hard object scratching.

In addition, the solid outer layer of the co-extruded wood plastic decking is effectively against the penetration of the colored liquids and oil-containing liquids, making the surface of the board very easy to clean. This outer layer can improve the resistance of the composite decking to sunlight, rain, snow, acid rain and sea water, so that the decking has an extremely long service life.
WPC CO EXTRUSION DECKING
With new colors and treatment, Grinwood co extrusion decking gives it a attractive appearance and more natural looking. For the colors, we have IPE, LIGHT GREY, TECA, LIGHT IPE, RED WOOD, DARK GREY, ETC. For the tensile tile strength, we have really good result for its test. With maximum strength 4.23 MPa, the profile is seperated. The outside layer is still there with the core.

1. Why choose wpc as outdoor buliding material?

2. What's the Grinwood WPC made of?
GRINWOOD WPC boards are Eco-friendly wood and plastic composite products composed from 60% wood fiber , 30% HDPE and 10% additives.
3. How far apart should the supporting joist be?
The supporting joist below the composite decking boards should be a maximun of 350mm apart. in other words, one square meter need 3 meters joist and 22 sets accessories (clips & screws)
4. Can I install the decking immediately when received the products?
When received your wpc decking boards, we recommend you allow them several days to adjust to your local temperature and conditions before starting working. We do not recommend installing your deck in cold weather.
5. Do I need special tools to install the deck?
There are no specialist tools required. The decking can be installed using the same tools you would use to install timber decking.
