ZK series clean coal dewatering linear screen is used in coal preparation, ore beneficiation, power generation, sugar, salt and other industrial sectors for dry and wet classification or dehydration, de-intermediation and desliming of medium and fine-grained materials.
Structural features
ZK series clean coal dewatering linear screen adopts two vibration exciters arranged horizontally, which reduces the height of the screen and reduces the height of the vibration. It is equipped with an external synchronous gear box, driven by double motors, and flexible coupling between each transmission shaft. The connection, the structure is novel, the gear box and the motor do not participate in the vibration, the sieve plate adopts the seam welded sieve plate or the punched sieve plate, and the longitudinal compression is carried out. The sieve frame is specially reinforced, and the rigidity of the whole machine is improved.
