CNC stirrup bending machine FHG-12A
1. It is a fully automatic CNC rebar bending machine, the unique and mature technology is learned from Italy, and it adopts a curved straightening system with strong straightening ability and long service life.
2. This machine can process various types of cold-rolled, hot-rolled coils, and coiled steel bars with a diameter of 5- 12 mm , for making stirrups, hook bars, plate bars, etc.
3. The traction device adopts a turbine reducer, which is directly connected to drive and bend, and the reducer drives the connecting rod to cut, etc. With CNC program control and man-machine interactive operation interface, the machine can efficiently complete the threading, straightening and setting by a single person. Many tasks such as length fixing, bending, forming and cutting can be finished automatically.
4. The equipment has the characteristics of long service life, convenient maintenance, simple operation, and low operator work intensity.
