1. What is the MOQ for customization?
Generally, MOQ can be as low as 50 for each model per color. We have ladder price. For first-time cooperation, we can negotiate a reasonable Qty, start from small, build mutual trust, then grow bigger, take the giant leap of faith.

2. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a manufacturer headquartered in Hangzhou City, a city near Shanghai. We are a vertical setup focusing on the design and sales of riding bags for 9 years. We created our own brand "RHINOWALK® " in 2015 and built our own factory in 2018.
Main products: Motocycle Bags, Bicycle Bags, Riding Bags, Waterproof Bags, Outdoor Sports Bags.
We also supports wholesale and distribution of "RHINOWALK®" products, provides after-sales service, if you are interested in distributing a brand product. We can provide pictures and videos and .ai files for easy reediting.
3. What is your lead time for the mass production, samples, and for the trial order?
Lead time varies from 15-40 days, depening on your order quantity.
We have a prototype design workshop, specializing in the agile customization of unique products for customers. Sample time: 3-7days.
PS: For proof sample, we charge US$50-100 for one sample, sample time: 7-10 days. It can be refunded when you put official order.
If you trust us enough, we can skip the sample proofing step, place an order directly and pay a 30% deposit to produce a pre-production sample. The sample fee can be waived.
