Honeycomb Hollow Polycarbonate Sheet
Different from solid polycarbonate sheet, hollow polycarbonate sheet is much light of weight with the same thickness. According to its structure, there are twin wall pc sheet, triple wall pc sheet, four wall polycarbonate sheet, honeycomb polycarbonate panel and other multiwall polycarbonate panel and plug pattern polycarbonate sheet. Thickness can range from 2.8mm to 50mm for different structures. Honeycomb polycarbonate sheet is named because of its structure. And it is much stronger for roof compared with twin wall and triple wall polycarbonate sheet. It is widely used for roofing sheet, greenhouse, decoration and others.

Raw Material Polycarbonate Resin
We have build long term and good relationship with Sabic Bayer raw materials supplier. We make sure the performance of raw materials.
Our recycled materials are the scraps of virgin materials sheets. We do not use recycled materials bought from CD, water pipe or others. Therefore, we can make sure our sheet stable.
About the UV coating.
Yishengdan polycarbonate sheet factory can do UV coating for double sides. To make it really reach 50um. And the UV can be averagely coated on sheets, which to make sure the sheets better to anti ultroviolet. You can also adjust the thickness of UV coating according to your demands.
About the color of polycarbonate sheet
YIshengda use color master bath, not color powder, which help the color last long time. For example, use color powder, the color will fade in 1 year. But with color master granules, the color will face after 3 years.
