Product Introduction
Galvanized corrugated board on the one hand plays the role of metal protection, on the other hand plays the role of decoration. This kind of steel plate coating can be divided into organic coating, inorganic coating and composite coating, with organic coated steel plate developing the fastest.
performance
(1) Pollution resistance. Galvanized corrugated board has a strong resistance to pollution, ketchup, lipstick, coffee drinks, cooking oil and other applied on the surface of polyester coating, placed 24 hours, with washing liquid cleaning and drying, the surface luster, color does not change.
(2) High temperature resistance. After continuous heating for 90 h in oven at 120℃, the gloss and color of galvanized corrugated board have no obvious change.
(3) Low temperature resistance. When the galvanized corrugated board is placed at -54℃ for 24 h, the bending and impact resistance of the coating have no obvious change.
(4) boiling water resistance. After soaking all kinds of corrugated board samples in boiling water for 60 min, the surface luster and color do not change, and there is no foaming, softening, expansion and other phenomena.
