Description
The thermal conductivity of PCD (polycrystalline diamond) is 50% better than that of natural diamond and 2 times faster than that of copper. Diamond is a hard material. A compact polycrystalline diamond layer can be pasted on cemented carbide substrate by special high temperature and high pressure process. PCD blade can be used to cut other non-ferrous metals such as aluminum alloy, and non-metallic materials such as fiber reinforced plastics (GfK and CFK), hard rubber, wood, fiberboard, melamine resin polymer and fiber reinforced metal (MMC). With diamond coated cutting tools, you can get faster cutting speed and longer tool life, and the surface quality and machining accuracy of processed materials will also be higher.
