Scope of application | This product is suitable for deep desalination of crude oil in refineries,demulsification and dehydration of mixed crude oil, and demulsification and dehydration of stable stubborn oil-water emulsion. | ||
Method of Use | 1. Add the product into the demulsifier storage tank, prepare the solution with aromatic hydrocarbons into the required concentration, and inject the demulsifier into the pipeline with a metering pump (or inject the demulsifier directly into the pipeline from the original packaging barrel with a small metering pump). 2. Light and medium crude oil demulsifier, dosage 5 ~10mg/L. Heavy crude oil demulsifier, dosage 15 ~ 20mg/L. 3. Do not combine with other demulsifiers to avoid reaction and pipeline blockage. 4. Avoid using rubber pipe and other polymer materials when conveying, preferably stainless steel hose. | ||
